We then place a number of company marks on the board with invisible ink and place security seals on the board to discourage tampering or desoldering of components. If the item is DOA or not as listed we will exchange the item for one that is working (if we do not have inventory for exchange we will issue a refund of the purchase only, we do not refund shipping). If the item is in working condition we offer to ship the item back(at the buyers expense) or we issue a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. Our preferred carriers are FedEx and USPS.
