New / Unused Surplus: The product is a new, unused item that may or may not have its original packaging. The item has never been put into service and is subject to a 1-year warranty. New Take Out: The product is a new, unused item that may have been previously installed in electrical equipment but has never been energized. Seller Refurbished or Reconditioned: The product is inspected, cleaned, and repaired, found to be free of damage, fully functional, Electrically OK, Mechanically OK, and the labels are intact or replaced. The item may also be painted, relabeled, and have new parts installed as necessary. Equipment is tested for proper insulation resistance, contact resistance, operation, and performance. All reconditioned equipment meets performance, operation, and safety standards dictated by the OEM. PEARL or NETA (National Electrical Testing Association) performance standards will be used if OEM standards are not readily available to the public. Our certified technicians follow OEM, NETA, and PEARL reconditioning and performance standards to ensure that reconditioned equipment will perform as expected and meet or exceed its expected lifetime. Used: An item that has been used previously. The item may have some signs of cosmetic wear but is fully operational and functions as intended. This item may be a floor model or store return that has been used. As-Is and For Parts or Not Working: The product is shipped as pictured. The Item may or may not function as intended and is not fully operational. This includes items that are defective in ways that render them difficult to use, items that require service or repair, or items missing essential components. Warranty: One-Year Warranty – All New, Reconditioned, and Tested with Test Report Items Warranty will extend for 1 year from the date the item is shipped, during which time the product will operate satisfactorily under nameplate rated load and normal usage and conditions, after proper installation. 90 Day Warranty – All Used Items Warranty will extend for 90 days from the date the item is shipped, during which time the product will operate satisfactorily under nameplate rated load and normal usage and conditions, after proper installation. No Warranty- All As-Is and For Parts or Not Working Items All As-Is and For parts or Not Working Items do not include a warranty. The Electric Barn will not accept returns for these items. Note: Should the product fail during the warranty period, the buyer shall return the product to the seller, at the buyer’s expense, for inspection and verification of the warranty claim. Should the warranty claim be deemed valid, The Electric Barn will replace the item with equal value or refund the buyer the full purchase price of the product.
